Today’s featured entry is a 2023 GAC Honda Integra Manual, whose owner HuaYi has imbued this China-exclusive model with a soul of pure driving passion.
In pursuit of ultimate handling, HuaYi equipped the car with DCTS 10k/7k coilover suspension, paired with CUSCO strut bar, front and rear sway bars, and Hardrace chassis components, building a solid foundation for aggressive track and mountain driving. Given limited aftermarket support for this China-exclusive model, HuaYi handcrafted the exterior with artisanal precision: the front bumper merges the lower section of the 11th-gen Civic with the original upper half, with fog light positions repurposed for brake cooling. The driver-side headlight area features DC2 Integra-style lettering, paying homage to the classic. Fender design draws inspiration from GTA5, achieving a wide-body aesthetic without altering track width, with a handcrafted carbon fiber panel and custom-perforated mesh grille. The hood borrows from the Varis Civic FL5 style with personal modifications for both aesthetics and heat dissipation. The build also features a Civic Varis front lip, 18-inch RAYS 57s Pro wheels, BM slotted brake discs, GD steel brake lines, Bride seats, TAKATA four-point harness, rear seat removal, and an EVA Asuka itasha livery — a perfect fusion of JDM performance and anime art.
This car once earned HuaYi a spot at the GAC Honda new car launch event, an invitation to drive the Shanghai International Circuit, and accompanied him on road trips to see the wider world.
