Static displays are merely the standard fare of the car modification scene—not its pinnacle. Having your ride parked stationary for onlookers to gawk at is no pilgrimage; it’s just a showcase. APAxpo sets out to deliver something entirely different: letting cars hit the road.
At this year’s thousands-strong car meet, we refuse to become a silent parking lot. Instead, we’ll transform the outdoor grounds into a living, breathing track. Events include a dynamic exhaust sound contest and mini-circuit parades. Your vehicle won’t be a museum exhibit—it’ll take center stage.
If Goodwood can pull it off, so can APAxpo. This isn’t static exhibition; it’s a dynamic motor pilgrimage. This is where true petrolheads belong.
(And we’ve got great news this year: regulatory authorities relaxed restrictions on vehicle modifications on June 9, with official policy backing. You can bring your modified ride out without a second thought.)
2026 Mass Car Meet – Three Major Upgrades
Upgrade 1: Policy Support Bolsters Full Market Confidence
Last year we said we were “rewriting the history of China’s auto modification industry”. This year we skip empty rhetoric — the joint circular issued by nine government departments speaks for itself as the top reason to join the exhibition.
Brands are ready to pour in investment, more than 500 tuning shops nationwide will bring modified vehicles, and auto enthusiasts feel free to modify their cars and join the event.
Taking place at Tanzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center, Foshan from October 16 to 18, this will be the first national large-scale modified car rally after the policy benefits take effect.

Upgrade 2: Dynamic Exhaust Competition – Farewell to Static Arch Photo Zones
At previous Mass Car Meet events, vehicles were parked in the outdoor area while crowds gathered around photo arches for snapshots. There was plenty of static display, yet cars are built to drive, not just sit on show.
This year will be completely different.
We are introducing a mini race track, inspired by the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit.
Your vehicle will no longer merely stand on display for viewing; instead, it will roar down the track under thousands of spectators’ eyes. The Dynamic Exhaust Competition will debut alongside the track, where exhaust notes, driving lines and vehicle stance will all be judged on track in one go.
We will feature curated static displays alongside the brand-new mini driving track. For the first time ever, the Mass Car Meet delivers a balanced experience of both static showcase and dynamic driving thrills.

Upgrade 3: All-Star Drift Experience – DriftSoul, The Co-Pilot Seat Is Yours
Tired of watching drift races from far behind the safety barriers?
This year DriftSoul tears down all entry barriers. A lineup of top celebrity drift drivers has confirmed their attendance (full roster to be announced soon). Multiple interactive lucky draws will be held on-site. Winners get to ride shotgun with pro drivers, experiencing wall scraping corners and billowing tire smoke — just hold your phone tight to capture the thrills.
Whose co-pilot seat do you want to hop into? Drop your wishes in the comments section now.

Finally, a few sincere words.
This year’s Mass Car Meet may be the closest you’ve ever gotten to your dream auto modification show.
Policies have been relaxed, a mini track is ready, and star drift drivers are coming. There’s only one thing you need to do: bring your car out.
Your ride wasn’t meant to sit idle in the garage.
